CasaM住宅位于巴西圣保罗，由FelipeHess设计。该项目是对原业主家庭的住宅进行改造。原建筑经过多次改造，失去了原有的建筑价值，但其在场地上的位置和内部布局是十分合理的。在收购了附近的地块后，有必要对其进行重大改革，并充分变换其内部结构。

CasaMisaminimalresidencelocatedinSaoPaulo,Brazil,designedbyFelipeHess.Thisprojectconsistsinarenovationofaresidencethatalreadybelongedtotheowners’family.Theoriginalconstructionhadalreadyundergoneseveralrenovationsandlostit’sarchitecturalvalue,butitspositiononthesiteandinteriordistributionwithhalflevelswascorrect.Aftertheacquisitionoftheneighborlotitwasnecessaryagreatreformandadequacyupdatingtheinteriorsoftheproperty.

大门被重新设计。内墙和楼梯相连，旧的屋顶被拆除，取而代之的屋顶成为一个愉快的休闲空间。住宅与外部也有了新的联系。在新的地块上，设计了车库、游泳池、桑拿和休闲区。建筑与金属结构相连；在现有的内部楼层的基础上，它通过一个有趣的方式连接游泳池，穿过房间，直到屋顶，那里创建了一个椭圆形的体量，它也可以用作门廊，有滑梯和消防杆，孩子们可以从一楼走到二楼。

Thefacadeopeningshavebeenrevisited.Internalwallsandoneofthestairsweresuppressed,andtheoldgableroofwasremovedmakingtherooftopapleasantspaceofleisure.Thehousegainedanewrelationwiththeoutsidearea.Inthenewplotitwasdesignedanewgarage,swimmingpool,saunaandleisurearea.Ametalstructurewasconnectedtotheconstruction;withaplayfulcharacterthatfollowstheexistinginternallevels,itconnectsthepool,passesthroughtheroomsuntilreachingtheroof,whereanellipticalvolumewascreatedandhousesthetechnicalareaandalivingenvironment.Italsoworksasaporchandhasaslideandafiremanpoleforthekidstogodownfromthefirstfloortothegroundlevel.

白色被选为设计的主要色调。它出现在室外的地板上，出现在房子的内外墙和金属结构上。在室内，灰色的钢筋混凝土地板在视觉上连接了各个楼层，并与拆除过程中出现的混凝土板对话，这些混凝土板被自然的运用到项目中。
